✨ Welcoming Julia Abrams to RTX A/S ✨
With more than 14 years of experience in the MedTech industry, Julia brings a deep understanding of how MedTech organizations operate, the challenges of the healthcare systems and how technology can help healthcare professionals work more efficiently and improve patient outcomes. There're just not enough people to take care of healthcare needs, and that's coming from an increasingly ageing population, and prevalence of chronic diseases. She sees significant opportunities for RTX: "RTX is so specialized in providing the infrastructure, the IT or communication architecture, and making it the most reliable and safe at the point of care where it really matters for patients' lives. As she explains, "At the end of the day, we want to improve the experience for patients when they need crucial monitoring and make the work environment for healthcare professionals easier, safer, and more efficient." She emphasized that patient data is extremely sensitive and cannot be jeopardized, placing data security and cybersecurity on another level and reinforcing the importance of understanding both the technological and regulatory sides of healthcare. Looking ahead, she is excited to contribute to the work already underway: "I'm really looking forward to understanding the technologies and the market dynamics, and to being part of the RTX Executive team shaping their strategy for healthcare"."
